Portable Machining

We can machine flanges from 1" up to 120". While designed around piping flanges, flange facers can be used on all types of heavy equipment and machinery. Facers can mount internally and externally.

Portable milling machines can be adapted for use on, but not limited to: motor/pump bases, construction piles, heavy equipment frame surfaces, heat exchanger components.

We can machine bores as small as 1.5", and up to 24" with our in house equipment. We will weld up your

damaged bore, and machine it back to factory specifications. We can also machine the bore faces.

Portable keyway milling is an efficient solution to do in-situ repairs on shafts of all sizes, without having to remove them from their equipment. Keyway mills can also be adapted to machine small flat surfaces.

We have the ability to prep piping ends with a simple 37 degree bevel, heavy wall J-bevels, or any other custom form. We can also do internal back-boring and transitioning.

Magnetic drills provide ease of operation for drilling large holes, in awkward positions on stationary items. Through holes, blind holes, coring, and tapping are all possible, as well as broken stud extraction and thread repair.
