Portable Machining

We can machine flanges from 1" up to 120". While designed around piping flanges, flange facers can be used on all types of heavy equipment and machinery. Facers can mount internally and externally.

Portable milling machines can be adapted for use on, but not limited to: motor/pump bases, construction piles, heavy equipment frame surfaces, heat exchanger components.

When pipe diameters and wall thicknesses do not align, our precision transitioning equipment can machine the pipe ends to ensure correct fit-up.

We have the ability to prep piping ends with a simple 37 degree bevel, heavy wall J-bevels, or any other custom form.

Cold pipe cutting is the safest and most accurate method for cutting pipe. Cutters are pneumatically powered, and create no sparks. Simultaneously cut and bevel. Cold cutters can also machine I.D. transitions.
